Cult Nails Gift Certificate Link
Gift Certificates are the easiest way to give a thoughtful gift, without picking the wrong thing.  You KNOW your bestie loves nail polish, but pick it for her?  Well, that’s kind of like picking someone else’s drink at the drive thru.  You know they want a drink, but do you want to make that decision for them?

We think you get the point….

By selecting on the image above, you will be directed to the link where you can purchase a gift certificate.  You select the amount, provide a name and email address to send the gift certificate to, and we’ll take care of the rest.

The 12 Days of Christmas Nail Art Challenge: Day Twelve – New Years

It’s the final challenge! YAY!
I wanted a sparkly mani for NYE but somehow it just didn’t happen. I brought a bunch of polishes in different shades of grey and was thinking to do some monochromatic leopard prints skittlettes but instead ended up with this manicure after a vote by a friend.
I was really hesitant at first as it really looked quite complicating. But after a few deep breaths I bit the bullet and went to town with my dotting tool. I was done with my left hand from base coat to top coat in just 15 minutes! My right hand, well, that took almost 30 minutes. Not too bad considering though.
I used all Cult Nails polishes – Blackout and Faded. Probably not my best choice as Blackout was not as opaque as I thought it would be. I contemplated if I should add a holo top coat but went against it as I was afraid that it would cover up everything!
Ahhh.. I am finally done with this nail art challnge. As much as I was sometimes frantically trying to complete the challenges I really did enjoy it. I am looking forward for more of these challenges in the coming year! Hopefully I can find similar challenges all year through!
Oh ya, happy new year by the way! 😀

The 12 Days of Christmas Nail Art Challenge: Day Eleven – Christmas Sparkles

It’s the eleventh day already and I am actually still at it. I can’t believe I actually made it so far 😀
For this challenge I actually have on a really simple manicure. Surprisingly this was how I imagined it. A simple no frills manicure.
I picked two glitter polishes from China Glaze – Winter Holly and an accent of I’m not Lion and painted some holly on my ring finger and thumb. And, yup,  that was all I did!
I left this manicure with no top coat on as I liked the texture of it. It was kind of like the OPI Liquid Sand polishes if you ask me. *win*
And if you are wondering where the sparkle in this manicure is, well, look no further!
Beauty in simplicity. 😀
